1) Customer must return the product in its original package (If have been permitted by Dakai , it should be not), along with the invoice of Dakai . The returned product will be tested whether it is in fact defective. Only defective goods will be exchanged. 2) Exchange policy covers limited warranty on rechargeable batteries not being able to hold charge (will not charge), abnormal charging behavior, short discharging (running) time, or abnormal indication of power levels, Dakai s technicians will verify whether the batterys cell or internal protection circuit is defective. 3) Defective Product will be exchanged with new product, subject to availability at the time of exchange |
Unless specified otherwise, Dakai warrants to the customer that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting normal use for a period from the delivery date.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of products. At Dakai s discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product and ship it back to our customers with shipping prepaid by Dakai . Customer is responsible to ship and insure the defective product(s) back to Dakai in a protected packaging. Rechargeable batteries that do not reach 100% original charging capacity are NOT covered by this warranty. See Rechargeable Batteries Warranty.
This warranty also does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Dakai , usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; any attempt by any person other than Dakai personnel or any person authorized by Dakai , to adjust, repair or support the products and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Dakai . |
Dakai offers a limited warranty against abnormal breakdown on rechargeable batteries for a period from the delivery date. At Dakai discretion, we will repair or replace the battery if our technician test it and determine that the battery is in fact, defective. Please be advised that since rechargeable batteries are consumable products, warranty coverage on rechargeable batteries is limited to not being able to hold charges (will not charge).
Rechargeable batteries normally have a limited charging and discharging cycles between 400 ~ 1000 cycles depending on the application and individuals usage pattern. The capacity (available usage time) of rechargeable batteries reduces each time they go through the charging and discharging cycle. Due to these reasons, when rechargeable batteries are not able to reach their full (original) capacity, they are considered as normal wear and tear and, therefore, are not covered under this warranty. |
