R&D |
Our R&D department contains two sections - the battery research group, and the battery charger research group. Our testing procedures cover: 1) Capacity, internal resistance, voltage and electric current 2) Self-discharging performance 3) Cycle life 4) High and low temperature discharging performance 5) High rate discharging performance 6) Vibrating and damaging experiments 7) Decoding of batteries Meanwhile, the following battery aspects are now being researched: 1) Li-ion, Li-polymer and Ni-MH battery capacities 2) Protection functions for Li-ion and Li-polymer batteries 3) Effects of separators on cycle life 4) Effects of electrolytes on performance re-write decode fitting for machines

Quality Control |
Our QC staff and QC engineers undertake the following QC processes: 1) IQC: test physical and chemical performance of all raw materials and record suppliers quality. 2) IPQC: set up QC sites in every process to ensure operation as SOP. 3) FQC: 100% testing of battery capacity, internal resistance, voltage and temperature performance. 4) OQC: sample testing according to GB2828 standards, aiming to achieve a "zero error" product qualification rate. 5) QA: sampling test of every batch for its cycle life, high rate charging, high and low temperature, and self-discharging performance. | |
